Yes. You can order without signing up. However, membership login is required to view the order stages and shipping information. When you place an order without signing up, only the tracking code is sent via SMS or email.
Orders placed through our site are completely in-stock products, so they are shipped within a maximum of 2 working days unless shipping hours are exceeded. If the shipping address is in a central city or district, delivery can be made within 1 day for distances up to 400 km. 
We provide a working guarantee for all our products. However, we cannot provide a guarantee for products that are damaged or deformed due to the customer, or for products whose packaging is opened and tested. Faults caused by our company are 100% our responsibility. The customer accepts the preliminary information form from the time they purchase the product.
Returns for products purchased from the store are not possible. We accept 100% responsibility for defects caused by our company. In this context, we bear all costs including shipping for defective and incorrectly sent products.If defects or product damages caused by the customer or shipping are detected in returned products, responsibility is not accepted. Additionally, if the customer orders the wrong product, an exchange is made and a return is accepted, but the shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. Products such as special cut rods or sheets are considered personal products and their return is definitely not accepted.  Important Warning: If your order has not been canceled within 3 hours, it should be considered that the product has been shipped. No additions or removals can be made from the order anymore. In case of order cancellation, the products must be sent to us prepaid and in full, with their invoice. The inspection of the products is approved by our technical service. Then, a transfer is made to the IBAN number you specify within 10 working days by deducting the 3% commission cut by the bank along with the incoming and outgoing shipping fee (products purchased by credit card are returned to the credit card within the same period). After your orders are timely shipped, the responsibility for shipping tracking is yours. If the shipping distributors cannot deliver the order to you or if there is a change in the delivery time, we remind you that you are obliged to go to your nearest shipping branch. Also, your order is held at the cargo branches for 3 days. In this case, please pick up your cargo from the branch. If orders that have been shipped are neglected to be picked up by the customer and/or if the cargo is returned, the new shipping costs must be requested from the customer. For this reason, we recommend that you become a member of our site  to easily track your cargo from your profile page. If the products purchased as spare parts have been opened/tested after energy has been applied, the return of the product is not accepted. 
The invoice for your orders is sent to the postal address registered on our site inside the product's box with our company title EREL KOPOLİMER PLASTİKLERİ ÜRETİM PAZ TİC.LTD STİ  firm title.
To receive payments for your projects, please write the extra information that needs to be specified on the invoice (such as project number, project team name, etc.) in the note section on the payment screen.
